Terry Myers is a leading trainer, teacher, national clinician, Wrighter, but above all he is a true horseman.
Terry has trained stock and hunter horses for state, national and world competition. He doesn't just train show horses; his training is for all horses regardless of the discipline. He incorporates work with both horse and rider to achieve balanced movements. His Ride-in-Sync® philosophy helps riders understand how body position affects horse performance. Terry Myers has 50+ years of experience and has worked with thousands of horses and riders. He has developed coaching and demonstration methods which provides logical information that is easily understood and put to use. Terry Myers has conducted training clinics in many disciplines like Ranch, Cattle boxing/Cutting, Western Pleasure, English Equitation, Barrels, Jumpers, Classical/Western Dressage, Saddle, & Gaited Horses. Breed and Discipline does not matter to Terry as every horse needs to be light in the bridle, supple in their body, able to give to the bit, and be able to drive from behind. Terry has hosted demonstrations/clinics at Equine Affair in Ohio & Massachusetts, Equus America: Texas & Missouri, Equitana USA, Illinois Horse Fair, Michiana Horse Expo, Can Am Horse Expo in Ontario, Nova Scotia, & New Brunswick in Canada. Terry has had years of success in training and showing Quarter horses and Paint horses, including his Paint Stallion, Reckless Obsession, who achieve American Paint Horse Association Champion status.
